1.Change before you have to. – Jack Welch
This is something I am trying to learn. I have this habit of eating pizza, 5 Guys Cheese Burger and my evening meal includes as many chicken nuggets they are selling in a box. These days it is 20. Then I will feel guilty and go on a hunger strike which in turn creates a deeper desire for more chicken nuggets with honey mustard. But we must change before we have to.
